Private Client Solicitor 1-3 years PQE

Salary: Up to £52k

Hybrid: 3 days in office ideally

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join a Private Client Team based in Northampton.  This position is ideal for an individual with the drive and enthusiasm to advance their career, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice and assistance to clients on their legal matters, maintaining a high standard of client service and meeting client objectives within professional and regulatory guidelines.
  • Manage client relationships, including engagement, billing, and payment follow-ups.
  • Draft and review legal documents in preparation for court proceedings.
  • Ensure compliance with file management processes and file audits.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote the team's success and the firm's objectives.
  • Stay up to date with legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop litigation strategies and consult with senior team members as needed.
  • Manage client cases from start to finish.

About You:

  • Capable of handling straightforward transactions and tackling unfamiliar tasks with practical problem-solving.
  • Able to meet acceptable standards routinely and exercise sound judgment, with supervision available as needed.
  • Knowledgeable about relevant legal principles and adept at applying them effectively.
  • Skilled in verifying information and leveraging past experiences to ensure quality.
