Salary: £43,000 - £56,750 per annum

About the Property Lawyer Role:

Sellick Partnership are proud to be working with an exceptional legal services team in the heart of the South East. We are looking for a Property Lawyer to join a large and reputable team operating on behalf of public Sector Clients which includes local government, for the most part. The role is to specifically work as part of a team in the provision commercial property on behalf of public sector clients in the East Midlands and South East.

Key Responsibilities of the Property Lawyer role:

Depending on the level of experience, the lawyers in the property team deal with the following type of work:

  • Leases of industrial units, lease renewals, Reports on Title, easements/wayleaves, option agreements, development agreements, Transfers pursuant to s106 agreements
  • Housing specialist work including site set ups, building regulation issues and shared ownership schemes

The role will be a hybrid working arrangement and you will have the opportunity to work from 1 of their 3 offices in central Northampton, Bedford or Cambridge 1 day per week.
