We are delighted to be working with this Northampton based firm. They are recruiting for a Senior Associate Corporate Commercial Solicitor, on a permanent full-time basis.Salary: £80,000 - £100,000Typical duties include:
- Dealing with Commercial, Company and Corporate law
- Engaging in marketing and business development
- Demonstrating excellent client service and client care
- Working with a range of commercial matters such as, contracts, tender matters, franchise agreement, distribution agreements and more
- Researching and drafting documents
Candidate specification:
- Fee earning experience
- A wealth of experience in Corporate Commercial law
- Qualified solicitor of England and Wales
- A passion for marketing and business development
- Going above and beyond for clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work within a team
