Our client, a Leading Legal 500 firm based in the Northamptonshire area, are looking to recruit a Solicitor onto their Employment team. This role is for a Senior Solicitor/Associate and has genuine opportunities for partnership for the right candidate. They are willing to consider candidates of 3PQE upwards with solid Employment experience.This role will involve you handling your own caseload from instruction to completion as well as providing guidance and mentoring the more junior members of the team. The caseload will include both contentious and non-contentious work for a diverse client base, dealing with matters including but not limited to the following;
  • Assisting with Modern Slavery Act compliance,
  • Playing an integral advisory role with a variety of projects (including re-structuring, changing terms and conditions of employment, and large-scale redundancy exercises),
  • Providing strategic advice in connection with Boardroom/SMT disputes,
  • Providing ad hoc advice on operational HR matters,
  • Assisting with data protection compliance, and
  • Representing clients in employment tribunals.
