Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced In-House Lawyer specialising in Banking Litigation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead legal and strategic support for customer strategies, ensuring the best possible experience for customers. The successful candidate will have the chance to work independently across a range of products and services, identifying and managing risk, providing solutions, and planning for change brought by developing regulation. This is a hybrid role with 2 days in the office.

What you'll do:

As an In-House Lawyer specialising in Banking Litigation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our client's consumer banking activities are conducted in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations. You will be responsible for helping the bank manage any legal and regulatory risks associated with these activities. Your role will involve developing and implementing best practice legal strategies for risk management and compliance. You will also provide proactive legal advice and support to the consumer banking division on a wide range of issues.

What you bring:

As an In-House Lawyer specialising in Banking Litigation, you bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our client's team. You are a qualified solicitor, barrister or legal executive with the ability to work independently across a range of products and services. You have proven experience in identifying and managing risk, providing solutions, planning for change brought by developing regulation.
