TEAM LEADER - RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Conveyancing Executive or Solicitor to join, manage and develop our expanding Residential Conveyancing team in Northamptonshire. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years PQE working within residential property covering sales and purchase caseloads. As a proven conveyancer and team leader you should be confident liaising with both clients and estate agents, be IT literate and committed with a previous working knowledge of using case management systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent business development and communication skills as well as strong organisation and team supervisory experience.
