LTF Recruitment are delighted to be offering an exciting opportunity to work at one of our fantastic partnered Secondary schools. The successful candidate will provide key support to students with a variety of additional learning needs including ASD, EBD & SEMH.

The role:

  • You will help prepare learning materials and run classroom activities.
  • You will provide key support to students within a learning Resource setting.
  • You will implement behaviour management strategies tailored to the individual needs of the child, promoting positive change and growth.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other relevant stakeholders to develop and implement behavioural support plans.
  • Foster a nurturing approach to learning and building trusts with your students.

The right candidate:

  • You will be adaptable and ready to work in a variety of classroom roles, both indoors and outside according to individual need.
  • You will have a responsive and caring approach.
  • You will add value to a team built on great teamwork and mutual support.
  • You will have experience supporting students with EHCP's and challenging behaviour.
  • You will have experience adapting and implementing learning strategies which fosters a nurturing approach.
