My client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Assistant to join its dynamic team based at its Northampton office. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Conveyancers in managing a caseload of residential property transactions from initiation to completion
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and lease agreements
  • Conduct property searches and liaise with relevant authorities to obtain necessary information
  • Communicate with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of transactions
  • Maintain accurate records and update case management systems
  • Support in organising and attending meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client queries promptly and professionally
  • Stay updated with relevant legislation and conveyancing practices
