Trainee Legal Secretary – Insolvency & Corporate RecoveryLocation: Either Leicester or NorthamptonSalary: £DOEHours: Full time and office basedHere at ACS we have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Secretary to join our clients Insolvency & Corporate Recovery team based in either Northampton or Leicester.This friendly team is looking for someone who is keen to learn excellent secretarial skills to operate on a pool structure, working for the Insolvency & Corporate Recovery team. You will be supporting them with a range of tasks in a timely and efficient way whilst being taught the job as you go.Some of your duties will include
  • Transcribing and proof-reading letters, emails and other correspondence
  • Audio typing and some file management
  • Typing of documents and track amendments
  • Scanning, paginating and photocopying
  • File opening, ID checks and preparation of client care letters
  • Providing general administration support to the team
