Conveyancing Manager - Northampton

Oculus Legal Group is working in close partnership with a highly ranked National Law Firm in Northampton who are looking for a Conveyancing Manager to join their team.

The role:

Depending on management experience, the opportunity to manage a team of 2-3 paralegals and ensure your team can manage a volume caseload with minimal assistance alongside fee-earning.

  • Competently, confidently and consistently undertake all key functions within a conveyancing transaction.
  • To be able to handle Freehold, Leasehold, Unregistered, New Build and Shared Ownership sale and purchase transactions with minimal supervision.
  • Supervise paralegals with systems and processes to ensure the efficient running of a transaction.
  • Manage and develop working relationships with all work providers.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer care to all clients and work providers.
