Are you seeking an opportunity to work with a leading Law firm in Northampton as an Assistant Case Handler within Conveyancing?

Assisting the Legal Case Handlers, you will play a crucial role in the team providing support with the following tasks:

  • Replies to enquiries
  • Reviewing mortgage offers
  • Providing updates to agents / clients
  • Setting up completions
  • Additional tasks as required

Requirements:

  • An understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures in the United Kingdom.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in document preparation and review.
  • Organizational skills to effectively manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in using relevant legal software and technology for case management.
