An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fleet Administrator to join our client, a successful family-run business based in Northampton. This role is perfect for a motivated individual looking to start their career with a supportive and growing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills and a positive attitude, with a desire to learn and develop within the company.

Duties include:

  • Manage and maintain the company tracker system.
  • Oversee daily driver and licensing procedures to authorise employees for driving.
  • Assist with accurate record-keeping of vehicle information.
  • Compile end-of-month reports.
  • Support with insurance claims.
  • Process vehicle fines and driving offenses on a daily basis.
  • Schedule services, tyre replacements, and repairs for company vehicles.
  • Compile end-of-month reports.

Skills and experience required:

  • The ability to take on new concepts quickly and efficiently
  • Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
  • High standard of English, including spelling and grammar.
  • Possess a polite, friendly, and professional demeanour.
