HealthcareYusen Logistics work with a number of top pharmaceutical companies, helping them transport their precious, temperature sensitive cargo across Europe and the globe. During this placement, you can expect to: manage relationships with our courier partners, coordinate deliveries of healthcare products around Europe, ensure the transport of medication meets legal and safety regulations2. TransportBe part of the team that gets it there, on time and safely! In this placement you can expect to learn about how we run a large transport network, you’ll get hands on by briefing our drivers, managing and reporting on KPIs and planning our fleet3. International Freight ForwardingYusen Logistics provide a world class freight forwarding software over land sea and air. During the graduate scheme you can expect to: understand the basics of cargo management, including import and export procedures, experience customer meetings and understand more about Japanese culture4. Business solutionsOur business solutions team are always busy building solutions for potential new customers. During your time with our business solutions team, you will learn how to calculate how much storage space a customer needs, how to apply cost models to business tenders and the process of tendering for multi-million-pound contracts5. Continuous ImprovementThe Japanese concept of Kaizen guides everything we do at Yusen, we’re constantly asking: how can we do this better?
