A leading in-situ road recycling company specializing in structural repair and maintenance of failing roads is seeking a Plant and Transport Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Scaldwell.

Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the plant and transport department and workshops.
- Plan and manage scheduled maintenance, including vehicle PMI inspections, MOT tests, and servicing.
- Handle on-site breakdowns and coordinate repairs effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Optimize the use of plant and transport equipment, ensuring efficient operations.
- Maintain clear communication across teams and with external service providers.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in Operations Management and Fleet Management.
- Expertise in Transport and Plant Management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
- Hands-on experience managing plant and transport equipment.
