Key Responsibilities

As a Transport Fleet Administrator, your primary duties will include:

  • Assisting in the administration and coordination of our fleet of motor vehicles.
  • Maintaining accurate fleet records both manually and digitally.
  • Ensuring all vehicle defects are addressed and signed off by repairers.
  • Managing fuel, ad blue, and parts reordering.
  • Raising purchase orders related to fleet operations.
  • Conducting annual driving license checks for approved drivers.
  • Supporting the booking of trips, including obtaining quotes and confirming arrangements.
  • Providing cover for the Transport Coordinator during bus arrivals and departures.
  • Addressing general inquiries regarding student transport via phone, online, or in-person.

Working Hours

My Clients service operates from 7 AM to 5:30 PM, requiring flexibility to work on a rota basis during term times. Weekend and evening work may also be necessary based on business needs.
