Company Profile
The client is laeading tier 1 main contractor, specialising in property services and they are looking for a shift engineer to work on one of thier contracts in Northamptonshire. The Engineer will be working to a site-specific shift pattern to conduct all necessary M&E maintenance.

Purpose of Job

  • To ensure client satisfaction and perception by providing effective planned and reactive Electrical and multi skilled maintenance/repairs to site including processes and procedures.
  • Provide support and assistance to Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices.
  • Organise and if necessary, assist in reactive repairs to the sites M&E systems.
  • Formulating, Assessing and Validating Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
  • Preparation of quotations to client when required,

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience working in Facilities Management. 
  • Either Mechanical or Electrical Experience - 
  • Electrical - Qualifications to a minimum or equivalent to City and Guilds 236 Pt 1-2 Electrical qualifications to 18th Edition
  • Mechanical - Qualifications to an acceptable standard to City and Guild’s Mechanical
  • Able to be mobile and respond to any urgent queries from the customer which may require site attendance.
  • Good understanding of the CAFM system.
  • Needs to be able to maintain high standards of service levels with the team.
