Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface between design and build: Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure smooth transition from concept to production.
  • Build process management: Oversee the end-to-end build process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to timelines.
  • Process control and improvement: Develop, implement, and monitor manufacturing processes to maintain quality standards and optimize performance.
  • ERP system management: Utilize ERP systems to manage production schedules, inventory, and other key operational aspects.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders: Act as a key liaison between various departments to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
  • Process management: Ensure proper management and control of all manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring best practices are followed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in automotive or motorsport (essential): Strong understanding of industry standards, processes, and technologies.
  • ERP system experience (essential): Hands-on experience with ERP software for managing production and manufacturing operations.
  • CATIA experience (advantageous): Familiarity with CATIA or similar CAD systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and team-working skills.
