Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Administrator (Entry Level) to work closely with the Business Development and Marketing team by carrying out administrative tasks to support the brand strategy for marketing campaigns, including events, PR and comms as well as business development.

It is the responsibility of the Marketing Administrator to support the team by taking on the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintain the website and upload new content;
  • Coordinate photography including stock imagery and headshots, as well as photo editing;
  • Support the Brand and Engagement Manager with rebranding firm assets, including reports;
  • Create, edit and update marketing literature;
  • Support the team with events and webinars including weekly reminder emails to each office plus managing invitations and responses;
  • Monitor and manage events and communication inboxes;
  • Track analytics and help produce reports on marketing campaigns, events, social media and the website;
  • Promote content via the social media platforms;
  • Undertake research projects;
  • Deal with ad- hoc marketing administrative tasks; and
  • Support and co-ordinate of the directory submissions.
