Salary - £60,000
Shifts Days (Monday to Friday)
Location Commutable from the Northampton
(Multi skilled engineering manager)
- Routine preventative maintenance, standard maintenance, PPM maintenance and reactive maintenance
- read and manage the engineering team, providing direction, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upgrade of all manufacturing equipment and facilities.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimise downtime and ensure efficient production.
