We are working with an established FMCG Manufacturer based in Northampton to recruit a Manufacturing Managerto join their team.

The Manufacturing Manager needs to possess a strong hands-on background in leading teams. This role will be responsible for leading 70-90 strong workforce.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Leading a team to hit targets including KPI setting through to HR issues including disciplinaries in a manufacturing environment
• Planning and scheduling production
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with Health & Safety requirements.
• Continuous Improvement - scrap reduction etc.
• Manage the flow & ordering of materials.
• Overseeing the logistics to ensure customers orders are delivered OTIF.

Skills and experience required:

• Experienced Manufacturing Manager within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Continuous Improvement / Process Improvements implementation
• Aware of Health and safety regulations regarding work carried out
• Good commercial awareness

This is commutable from: Northampton, Wellingborough, Finedon, Brackley, Rushden
