Operations Manager - The Role
- Reporting to the General Manager
- Assisting the General Manager in all aspects of hotel management
- Involved in all aspects of Food and Beverage, Reception, Houskeeping etc
- The Operations Manager will manage all heads of department
- Ensuring high class service standards are maintained and improved
Operations Manager -The Person
- Already working as an Operations Manager or strong F&B Manager
- Luxury Hotel experience
- Corporate experience is a strong advantage
- Financially aware and able to manage budgets
- Strong leader and coach
- An excellent communicator with colleagues and guests
