- To ensure all operatives are fully trained, competent and signed off using documented training aids.
- Ensure the working environment is safe and all relevant safety documentation is up to date
- Support the compliance to BRC, ISO9001 and ISO14001
- Embrace problem solving tools and techniques to ensure correct root cause analysis is completed where necessary
- Develop effective working relations with all department personnel to ensure strong team philosophy
