Site Manager Opportunity – Residential Construction
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team for a permanent role starting in the New Year. Based in Northampton, this is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-quality residential projects with a competitive salary of £60k - £65k plus an attractive package.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage all site activities for residential construction projects
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Lead and motivate site teams, including subcontractors and trades
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Manage and monitor project progress, reporting to senior management
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid)
