Location: Northampton - Hybrid (2-3 days in office)
Hours: 37.5 per week

Join a dynamic marketing team in a hands-on role covering social media, content creation, lead generation, event coordination, and internal communications. You'll bring creative ideas to life, manage campaigns, and enhance brand engagement.
What You’ll Do:
- Create and manage social media content
- Write and edit marketing materials
- Design visuals and edit videos (Canva & Adobe)
- Maintain website content & optimise SEO
- Support lead generation & campaign execution
- Assist in event planning & internal comms
What You’ll Need:
- 2+ years’ marketing experience (B2B preferred)
- Strong content creation & social media skills
- Video editing & design expertise
- Knowledge of SEO, CRM & digital marketing tools
- Organisational & communication skills
