Join our UK team in Northamptonshire as a PPC Specialist. If you're experienced in Digital Marketing (Paid Search) and can assist our Head of Marketing in developing our PPC platforms, this role could be your perfect fit!Ideal for a PPC Coordinator or Administrator with hands-on experience in the Google Ads suite, looking to broaden their knowledge and skills across all areas of performance marketing.

Your new role

  • Keyword Research: Identify relevant, high-traffic keywords for ad campaigns.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee international markets (UK, EU, and Rest of the World excluding USA), focusing on planning, optimisation, creation, and execution.
  • Multilingual Ad Campaigns: Manage campaigns in en GB, fr, de, es, it, pl.Multi-Currency: Handle £ Pounds and € Euro.
  • Ad Copywriting: Craft compelling ad copy that accurately represents the product and attracts clicks.Bid Management: Monitor and adjust bids for optimal campaign performance within budget.
  • Budget Management: Align advertising budgets with business goals and objectives.
  • A/B Testing: Determine the most effective ad copy, keywords, and targeting strategies.
  • Analytics & Competitive Analysis: Report and optimise channel and campaign performance, identifying areas of opportunity and competitive threats.
  • Commercial Awareness: Present data-backed business cases to improve efficiency and drive new customer acquisition.
  • Growth: Help achieve acquisition, revenue, and customer LTV targets across key markets.
  • Processes: Develop efficient processes and workflows.
  • Branding: Ensure unified messaging and consistent branding across all Google marketing and communications.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate search strategies, optimisation techniques, and results to stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven PPC Marketing Experience: Strong background in PPC marketing, either agency or in-house.Google Ads Suite Expertise: Experience with Bing, optimisation, account set-up, attribution, and reporting.
  • Multilingual and Multi-Currency Campaigns: Familiarity with managing campaigns in multiple languages and currencies.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Strategic and Tactical Abilities: Blend of analytical, creative, and numerical skills.
  • Numeracy: Highly numerate and comfortable in a data-driven environment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Digital Analytics Capability: Experience with tools like Google Search Ads, Google Ads, Google Merchant, Google Looker (Google Data Studio), HubSpot, SEMrush.
  • Project Management: Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing business priorities.
  • Team Support: Willingness to support and cover for team members, providing opportunities to learn different areas within the marketing department.
