Mechanical Design Engineer

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in designing, testing, and developing innovative mechanical components for high-performance projects. From concept to completion, your expertise will drive the creation of solutions that set new standards in engineering excellence.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Designing mechanical components and systems from initial concepts to final production.
  • Creating detailed designs for jigs, fixtures, and tooling to support manufacturing.
  • Collaborating with structural teams to ensure safety, integrity, and efficiency.
  • Generating innovative concepts to improve products and streamline processes.
  • Managing issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle, delivering practical solutions.
What We're Looking For
  • A degree in Automotive, Mechanical, or Motorsport Engineering (2:1 or above).
  • Proven experience in top-tier motorsport, F1, or a high-tech engineering environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with a positive, solutions-oriented approach.
