The One Group are pleased to be working with a high-performance engine manufacturer who supply their engines into the Automotive, Motorsport and Aerospace sectors and are seeking an Engine Build Technician to join them on a permanent basis.You will have the opportunity to build engines for some highly reputable companies where you will have the opportunity to work from excellent facilities which will include the build and rebuild of engine assemblies as well including measuring and rebuilding all of components.The day-to-day duties include:

  • Build engine assemblies - inspect and measure critical components
  • Strip engine assemblies and subcomponents of assemblies
  • Pre and post dyno inspection prior to engine tests
  • Report faults and record information on the database

What we are looking for:

  • Background in engine build
  • NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering
  • Strong communicator and good at working in a team
