An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Refrigeration Cleaning Team Leader (Case Maintenance) to join our team. In this role, you will lead a dedicated team and oversee the delivery of planned refrigeration cleaning and maintenance programmes across multiple retail sites.
This is a nightshift-only position, and we kindly ask that only candidates who can fully commit to a nightshift schedule apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demerchandising & remerchandising of the refrigeration units.
- Manage and supervise theCase Maintenance Technician team.
- To ensure refrigeration case maintenance schedules are completed within agreed timescales.
- To work in a manner to support the achievement of company KPIs
- Work with company and customer colleagues to ensure that laid-down standards of qualityare maintained at all times.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Experience cleaning or maintenance in the retail industry is essential.
The ideal candidate:
- Willingness to work night shifts(Essential)
- Speed efficiency whilst maintaining quality of work.
- Customer focused and self motivated.
