Role: Dispute Resolution Solicitor
Location: Northampton
Salary: DOE
We, at Simpson Judge are currently working with a well established national law firm who are looking to bring an experienced Commercial Dispute resolution solicitor. The ideal candidate will possess experience in contentious probate but this is not essential.
Your caseload:
- Conduct pre-claim investigations, legal research, and initial assessments of cases.
- Provide legal advice to clients regarding contentious issues.
- Draft pleadings, statements of case, and pre-issue documentation for filing with the court as necessary.
- Attend court hearings and conferences, with or without counsel, as needed.
- Supervise junior staff members.
The ideal applicant will possess:
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to collaborate effectively.
- Capability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Discretion in handling sensitive matters
- Strong organisational skills with a systematic approach to work.
