Our client is looking for a Doctors receptionist to join their expanding and friendly team.
This is a very busy Dr's surgery so working in a busy fast paced environment is essential to this position.
You would be welcoming patients and visitors in to the reception area and making them feel comfortable, along with answering the telephone and dealing with any inquiries that arise
Scheduling appointments for the patients along with assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
You will be maintaining accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, therefore good IT skills are desired.
