Responsibilities:

The Account Manager role involves driving a company van to visit clients within a designated area based on a 5 weekly client cycle. Key responsibilities include ensuring that company products are correctly displayed in stores, confirming that marketing materials are up-to-date, and collecting any returned products. The collected items must be delivered to a secure location at the end of each shift, this location will be as close to the employee's home as possible.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and presentations.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the management team.

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Proven experience in Account Management and Sales.
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and target driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
