I am currently looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer in the Northampton area, to work on a permanent contract for a well established social housing contractor.

As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you will be:
Keeping Tenants up to date with work processes
Communication with the contractors
Access requests
Updating tenants on the work orders status, progress, and issues

I am looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer who has:

Experience in TLO/ CLO/ RLO roles
Experience in a similar role within social housing
Have a full UK Driving Licence
Strong IT and Microsoft skills

In return, the Tenant Liaison Officer will receive:

25,000 to 30,000 per year
