Tempeo is representing an exciting brand local to Northampton who require a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Care Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves managing customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer calls
Assisting customers who log on to our web Live Chat
Resolving customer complaints
Assisting customer queries on product ranges
Checking results have been issued to customers, and resending where applicable
Skills Required:
A good telephone manner
Accuracy and speed of typing
Ability to use word, excel
Discretion and client confidentiality
Experience:
- Customer service: 1+ Years
