Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a ward-based setting.
Manage patient admissions, discharges, and daily care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
Monitor and assess patients' mental health and physical wellbeing during their stay.
Administer medication and maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
Provide therapeutic interventions and ensure the safety of patients and staff within the ward environment.
Offer emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including patient records and handovers.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of care standards within the ward.
