Macildowie are excited to be working with a great Public Sector organisation based in Northamptonshire who are eager to appoint a hardworking, experienced HR Business Partner on a permanent basis. They are looking for an individual who can hit the ground running drive a culture of high standards, inclusivity, and a professional workforce.

The Role:

  • Support and implement the organisations HR people strategy.
  • Work with managers to provide practical solutions to people-related matters.
  • Lead casework on workforce development, performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, maternity/paternity leave, absence, and welfare.
  • Embed workforce strategies promoting quality improvement, financial sustainability, and community focus.
  • Develop, train, and coach managers on inclusion, employee engagement, and high-performance principles.
  • Support administrative matters related to organisational and workforce development.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Level 5 HR/Business qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience coaching and influencing managers, providing policy advice, leading casework, and supporting change processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, resilience, strong work ethic, flexibility, and ability to work autonomously.
