Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 + car allowance
Location: Northamptonshire
Our client is seeking an Interim Regional HR Business Partner to join their team in Northamptonshire. This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £48,000 plus car allowance, pro rata.

- Regional role, 2 days per week on one site and 3 days travelling to various sites across Northamptonshire

What you'll do:
As an Interim Regional HR Business Partner, your role will be pivotal in providing expert HR advice to the Site Managers and their management teams. Your excellent interpersonal skills will enable you to design and deliver effective people plans that encompass all areas of focus.
You will work closely across the region to ensure survey action plans are created and delivered. Your proactive mindset will allow you to identify successors at every level of management structure and for key roles on site. Your commitment to excellence will ensure underperformance is addressed using appropriate policies.
- Provide HR advice to Site Manager and their management teams.
- Design and deliver effective people plans ensuring all areas of focus are included.
- Work closely with Site Manager to ensure survey action plans are created and delivered.
- Identify successors at every level of management structure and for key roles on site.
- Address underperformance using appropriate policies.
- Manage the implementation of Group initiatives and priorities.
- Deliver projects in line with legal obligations and company values including TUPE, restructure, redundancy etc.
