Occupational Therapist

Premier Recruitment Group has the privilege to recruit on behalf of our very prestigious client based in Northampton. We are recruiting for experienced and forward thinking Occupational Therapist. This is full time and permanent position and working for very well established care company working in the field brain injury.Very interesting and varied role with a scope for progression.

Person Specification:

• Registration with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) is essential
• Experience of working with people with Neurological Conditions is essential.
• Previous experience of specific brain injury rehabilitation is desired.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy

Job Summary:

• To manage a defined caseload of clients, using evidence based / client centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
• To maintain clinical records.
• To develop skills and knowledge.
• To ensure that up to date written and electronic activity data in accordance with professional and organisational standards.
• To review and reflect on own practice and performance through effective use of professional and organisational supervision and appraisal.
