Job Overview:We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join our community rehabilitation team. This role involves helping patients regain independence in daily activities, working in a range of settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement occupational therapy interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective care plans.

Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and current HCPC registration.
- Minimum of 6 months NHS experience (mandatory).

- Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently.
