Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join our team. This role involves working across a variety of settings, providing essential care to patients, and helping them regain independence in daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and deliver personalized occupational therapy interventions.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
- Support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with professional standards.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration.
