Job Title: Fleet Administrator
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full Time, 40 hours, Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm
Location: Northampton
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Benefits: 23 days annual leave, rising to 28 days with service, plus bank holidays, free parking, pension contributions, life assurance, EAP assistance.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fleet Administrator to join our client, a successful family-run business based in Northampton. This role is perfect for a motivated individual looking to start their career with a supportive and growing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills and a positive attitude, with a desire to learn and develop within the company.
Duties include:
- Manage and maintain the company tracker system.
- Oversee daily driver and licensing procedures to authorise employees for driving.
- Assist with accurate record-keeping of vehicle information.
- Compile end-of-month reports.
- Support with insurance claims.
- Process vehicle fines and driving offenses on a daily basis.
- Schedule services, tyre replacements, and repairs for company vehicles.
- Compile end-of-month reports.
Skills and experience required:
- The ability to take on new concepts quickly and efficiently
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
- High standard of English, including spelling and grammar.
- Possess a polite, friendly, and professional demeanour.
