- Plan maintenance for their fleet of HGV’s
- Ensuring compliance and internal documents are recorded, checked and filed accordingly
- Retrieving vehicle documents
- Plan maintenance for vans within requirementsÂ
- Support operational team with administrative tasks
- Update internal systems and records
- Report maintenance schedule to Transport manager and directors
- Any other ad hoc administrative tasks as required
- Good Communication skills both written and verbal
- Previous Experience working in a transport role desirable
- Good level of IT, preferably word and excel
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Effective organisation skills.
