Remuneration

The weekly wage: £607.63 for 45hrs per week

We currently have an opportunity for an Installation & Service Engineer to join our team in Northampton with immediate start.

The successful candidate for the position of Installation & Service Engineer will have the following duties and responsibilities:

· Installation, delivery and service of fitness equipment such as:

- Multi-gyms;

- Treadmills;

- Cross-trainers;

- Cycles etc.

Into private homes and commercial premises across the UK.

• There may be occasions where you will be expected to undertake warehouse duties.

• 05:00 start each Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week minimum plus overtime.

To be considered for this position the successful candidate will have gained the following skills, attributes and experience:

• Physically fit and healthy with the ability to lift and carry heavy items, as customers often require their new equipment installed above or below ground floor level and consequently heavy lifting is a requirement of the role.

• Experience in using hand tools and an aptitude for building (or repairing) "self-assembly" products out the box. NB: Full training will be provided during the induction period.

• The ability to use own initiative but also the ability to work as a team.
• Hold a UK manual driving licence and a minimum of 2 years driving experience for insurance purposes.
• Be of smart and clean appearance as you will be interacting with customers and representing the company at every installation.
• Good verbal communication skills, thorough and reliable.
• Good written communication both on paper and on IT equipment
• Have a positive "can do" attitude, with a determination to follow a job through from start to finish, and be prepared to work overtime when required.
