- Manage the administration team, including Customer support, Uniform orders, Absence reporting.
- Update and manage the inbound forward plan with the stock control team.
- Organise and plan allocations to support smooth operations.
- Create and maintain KPI reports, including the Logistics Dashboard.
- Authorise invoices and purchase orders
- Oversee cross-charging for group haulage.
- Act as the logistics contacts
- Manage the onboarding process and admin for new warehouse staff.
- Work with suppliers and end customers.
