The Administration Supervisor is responsible for overseeing administrative operations to ensure smooth execution oflogistical processes. This includes managing documentation, coordinating with various departments (such as operations, finance, and customer service), supervising administrative staff, and ensuring that all regulatory requirements and client expectations are met efficiently. The role requires strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with an emphasis on time-sensitive freight operations.

Shift pattern isMonday-Friday 8:00am-16:00pm or 09:00am-17:00pmwith a salary between30k-32k per annum.
Key Tasks
- Oversee the daily tasks of the administration team, ensuring workloads are effectively managed and deadlines are met.
- Provide leadership, training, and performance management to administrative staff to maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity.
- Allocate and delegate tasks based on team strengths and workload priorities.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management on administrative operations, performance metrics, and any issues that need attention.
- Track KPIs related to freight documentation accuracy, turnaround times, and staff productivity.
- Receive in and generate outgoing correspondence and complete necessary administration tasks for all Managers in a timely fashion, to support them in the completion of their roles.
- Produce monthly invoices and recharge schedules to clients and customers for all additional services delivered to ensure accounts are maintained as accurate.
- Ensure invoices and payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner, collaborating with the finance team to resolve any financial discrepancies.
- Handle and resolve any documentation discrepancies .
Required Skills
- It is essential that you have at least1 years experienceof working in aCustomer Service role.
- Proficiency inMicrosoft office Suite, especially inExceland anunderstanding of the CargoWrite software system.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data management.
- Solid understanding of international trade regulations and customs requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
