Office Administrator (Part-Time)

About the Role:We are seeking a motivated and professional Office Administrator. This part-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail. If you have experience in administration, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update records and reports regularly.
  • Organise and schedule meetings and events effectively.
  • Proofread contracts and documents with attention to detail.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including raising invoices, reconciling transactions, and logging invoices into accounting software (training will be provided).
  • Perform general office duties, including answering phones and managing inquiries.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience is necessary.

  • Capable of working independently and using your initiative.
  • Strong IT skills; software training will be provided.
