Office Administrator

Our client, a market leader in their field, is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team.

You will be supporting the team in complying with month end deadlines, legal compliance, and all aspects of administration. You will be helping to develop systems to improve the collation of information.

Responsibilities include:

  • Environmental - recording of data and capturing information on carbon footprints, providing information as requested by the client
  • Waste Management - ensuring legal complianceand providing adequate ways of storage of tickets
  • Sales Administration - responsibilityforsales with regards to databases and payments
  • Health and Safety - ensure database is kept up to date for inductions, providing method statement and risk assessments for clients.Working with health and safety department with regards to sub-contractor database and operator training
  • Plant and Equipment - ensuring all prestart check sheets are done, flagging up noncompliance to the Ops Director and monitoring van private mileage.
  • Accounts - Assist the department in providing information for invoicing, covering such things as setting contracts up correctly on Focal Point.

You must have excellent administration, organisation and communication skills. You will be IT literate and a strong team player.
