As Office Coordinator, you will be working for a Northampton based charity, supporting internal stakeholders with their grant applications, to receive monies for their projects.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Act as the first point of contact for grant enquiries
  • Facilitate the efficient processing of grants by providing administrative support
  • Liaise with applicants to clarify grant-related details, and ensure applications are complete
  • Maintain and update grant-related guidance for applicants on the charity website
  • Assist in the promotion of the grants programmes & respond promptly to enquiries
  • Communicate with teams regarding the status of awarded grants and compile progress reports.
  • Prepare reports and analysis on grant data for internal and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Arranging meeting dates, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actions.

Skills and experience required :

  • At least two years of experience in an administrative role, ideally in a fast-paced and varied environment at a similar level.
  • Experience of organising & maintaining records, both on paper and computer.
  • Strong experience in managing competing tasks and working within a busy team.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and web-based systems.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work accurately under pressure.
  • Ability to manage and manipulate data sets to produce accurate reports.
  • Ability to engage and collaborate with a range of stakeholders across the organisation.
