We have a brand-new opportunity for a Social Media Marketing specialist to design, own and manage the Social Marketing strategy for a well-known, ecommerce brand in Northampton.

A real local success story, this fast-growing online retailer are undergoing rapid expansion and investing heavily into digital, to cement their position as a market-leader within their sector.

Working within a talented Digital Marketing team, alongside SEO and PPC Specialists, you’ll collaborate with the Head of Digital Marketing to create, own and deliver a creative and high-performing social media strategy to drive organic growth & engagement and measurable traffic across major social platforms, including LinkedIn, Meta and Instagram - to grow online sales.

As the Social Media Manager for the brand, you’ll also have autonomy to be creative, produce memorable content and explore new channels, such as TikTok or Pinterest, if you see a commercial benefit.

Our ideal candidate will have commercial experience managing Social Media Marketing for a commercial brand and be experienced in formulating and managing a social content calendar. Ideally this will be in an Ecommerce or Social Commerce environment.

You’ll be a data-driven marketing specialist, with a strong understanding of KPI tracking & reporting, google analytics, Click-through rate optimisation (CTR), ROI & ROAS analysis and engagement metrics (Likes, Shares, comments, saves).

Ultimately, you’ll have a head for numbers, with the ability to turn social marketing data into commercial insight, which can be understood by the wider team.
