Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated KS2 Teachers to join a vibrant primary school in Northampton on a long-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment that promotes the academic and personal development of students in Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure every child reaches their potential.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all students feel valued and motivated.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and guardians to support student learning and well-being.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements.
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2.
Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and engage young learners.
Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
