Sonic Summary

We are looking for a Multi-Trade Operative with a strong background in a core trade and relevant experience.
The role involves tasks such as kitchen fitting, installing doors and skirting boards, and performing minor repairs.
Candidates should preferably be multi-skilled joiners, with a Level 2 qualification or City & Guilds in a core trade being mandatory.
Experience in social housing, particularly with void properties, is desirable for this position.
This is a 3-month temporary contract with a salary of £30,000 per year, with the potential for a permanent role based on performance.

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to join our team as a Multi-Trade Operative. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a core trade and relevant experience.

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday (Overtime optional when needed)

A local Authority based in Northamptonshire over Kettering and Corby

Description

Kitchen fitting
Installing doors and skirting boards
Performing various minor works as required, leaking taps, silconing bathrooms, etc

Profile

Preferably a multi-skilled joiner, but strong multi-trade operatives in any trade are welcome
Level 2 qualification/ City & Guilds in a core trade is mandatory but level 3 is desirable
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Experience working on void properties in social housing is desirable

Job Offer
